About

We are our own hardest client.

Elevated Software Labs builds software for other people, and it builds software for itself. The second part is what makes the first part work — we have shipped to both app stores, taken payments, been rejected by Apple and fixed it, and watched what a stack really costs over a year rather than a demo.

Why this exists

Elevate Sales Consulting LLC is based in Enfield, Connecticut. We started building software for our own ventures because the quotes we were getting did not survive contact with arithmetic — fifty thousand dollars and five months for something we could describe on one page.

So we built it ourselves, then we built the next one, and somewhere around the fourth product it became obvious that the timeline everyone quotes is not a development constraint. It is an agency operating model — layers of people who each need a week to hand work to the next layer.

One person using modern tooling, working from a scope that is genuinely locked, does not need those weeks. That is the whole proposition and there is no trick to it. The trade is scale — this is a studio of one, so you get the person who writes the code on every call, and you will hear it plainly on that call when a job needs more hands than that.

We publish our prices

Because a price that changes depending on who is asking is not a price, it is a negotiation you did not know you had entered.

We do not resell hosting

Every vendor account is yours. Studios that hold the accounts are not protecting you from complexity, they are making it expensive to leave.

We say when it will not work

Some things do not fit in fourteen days and some ideas do not need an app at all. You will hear that on the first call rather than in month three.

Proof, not a portfolio of mockups

Four live products we built and still run

Every one of these is our own. That matters, because it means we are not showing you work we handed off and never touched again — we are showing you things we still maintain, pay the hosting bills for, and get support emails about.

Native app · iOS and Android

Free and Forward

A reentry app in both stores. Accounts and auth, a 27-step checklist, calendar with push reminders for court dates and check-ins, document vault, resume builder with PDF export, a live job board fed by a licensed national feed, AI features metered by credits, Stripe on the web and in-app purchases on mobile, and a full Spanish translation of the entire product.

This is the one to look at if you are wondering what "not an MVP" means.

CRM and partner portal

Cross Brand Media

An advertiser and affiliate portal on its own database. Partner accounts with role-based access, offer and commission tracking down to sub-affiliate level, install and conversion attribution, server-side functions doing the work the browser should not, and lead capture from the marketing site landing straight in the CRM.

If you need partners, reps or franchisees logging into something, this is the shape of it.

Summit Call Solutions

Seventeen pages, service and industry pages written for search rather than stuffed with keywords, a CMS-driven article section, a working enquiry form, and per-page titles and descriptions done by hand. Built and published in a day.

Proof Guides

A guides and resource property built to publish steadily and rank over time — clean templates, a structure that scales past a hundred articles without turning into a mess, and editing simple enough that the person writing does not need a developer.

Terms, in one paragraph

Half up front. Half when you approve it.

50% to start

Paid once the scope document is signed. That is the day the fourteen days starts counting, not the day you first emailed us.

50% on your approval

Not on delivery — on approval. You look at the finished thing, you run it, you tell us it matches what we agreed. Then the balance is due and the code is yours.

Two revision rounds included

Inside the build window, at no extra cost. Changes of mind about things already built and signed off are new scope, and we will quote them before doing them.

After approval

Edits are $125 an hour, or $1,000 for a ten-hour block. Care plans start at $149 a month. Nothing is compulsory and you can walk away owning everything.

Tell us what you want built.

A short call is enough to tell you whether it fits in fourteen days and what it will cost. If it does not fit, we will say so and tell you what would.
