What we collect, and what we do not.

This is a short policy because we run a small operation and collect very little. It covers this website and the work we do for clients. Last updated 10 September 2026.

Who we are

Elevated Software Labs is a trading name of Elevate Sales Consulting LLC, 1299 King Street, Enfield, CT 06082, United States. We are the party responsible for the information described on this page. You can reach us at contact@elevatedsoftwarelabs.com.

What we collect

From the contact form: your name, your email address, your company if you give one, and whatever you write in the project box. That is the whole list. There is no phone field, no hidden fields, and nothing is pre-filled from anywhere else.

If you email us directly, we hold that email and anything in it, the same as any business would.

Our host, Webflow, records standard server logs when you load a page — IP address, browser, the page requested, the time. We do not read these routinely and we do not use them to build a profile of you.

Why we hold it

To reply to you, to write your scope and price, and to keep a record of what was agreed if you become a client. We do not use it for anything else. We do not send marketing email, we do not run a newsletter, and filling in the form does not add you to a list.

Who else sees it

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. It reaches three kinds of third party and no others: Webflow, which hosts this site and receives form submissions; our email provider, because that is where a reply is written and stored; and Stripe, but only if you become a client and we invoice you — Stripe collects payment details directly and we never see your card number.

We would also disclose information if a court or a law required it. We have not been asked to, and if we are asked we will tell you unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Client records — scopes, invoices, correspondence — are kept for seven years, because tax and contract law expect that. Ask us to delete an inquiry sooner and we will.

Cookies and tracking

Webflow sets a small number of essential cookies needed to serve the site and to stop forms being abused. As of the date at the top of this page we run no analytics, no advertising pixels and no session recording on this site. If we add any of those, this page will say so and will name them before they go live.

Data we touch while building your product

This is the part most studios leave out. While we build, we usually need access to accounts that hold your data or your customers' data. Every one of those accounts is opened in your name and on your card, and we are added as a collaborator rather than the owner. You can remove our access in one click, at any point, without anything breaking.

We do not copy your production data onto our own machines to work with it, and we do not keep it after a project ends. If your product handles health, financial or other regulated data, tell us on the first call so the arrangement is written into the scope properly.

Your choices

Write to contact@elevatedsoftwarelabs.com and you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it within thirty days and we will not ask you why. Depending on where you live you may have these rights by law; we extend them to everyone regardless, because arguing about jurisdiction over a contact form would be absurd.

Children

This is a business-to-business site and it is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly broaden what we collect and leave the date alone.
