Within two days you get a written scope, a price against the four published tiers, and an estimate of your monthly running costs. You sign the scope, and that is when the build starts.
You sign and pay 50%. The fourteen days starts that day.
Some projects genuinely need longer than a fortnight — anything with heavy compliance, a hardware integration, or a migration off an existing system with live data in it. We will tell you that on the call and quote it properly rather than squeezing it into a number that sounds good and then missing it.
By sending this you are asking us to reply by email about your project. We use what you send only to answer you and to write your scope and price.

Sending this form does not create a contract or hold a build slot, and prices quoted on this site are the published starting points — the price for your project is the one in your written scope. Work begins only after that scope is signed and the deposit is paid.
