Process
When an agency quotes twenty weeks, very little of that is someone writing code. It is discovery workshops, design committees, sprint ceremonies, account managers relaying questions, and waiting for the next planning cycle to start. Take those out and what is left genuinely fits in a fortnight.
How the fourteen days go
Most agency timelines are not development time. They are waiting time — for a discovery workshop, for a design committee, for a sprint to start. We take that out and keep the building.
Days 1–2
Every screen and every rule, written down and signed off. This is the document the price is attached to, and it is the reason the fourteen days holds. Anything added after this is quoted before it is built.
Days 3–5
You see the real screens, not a moodboard. The database is designed at the same time, because the two decide each other.
Days 6–12
You get a working version on your own phone from about day six, and it gets better daily. No four-week silence ending in a reveal.
Days 13–14
Two rounds of revisions are already in the price. You approve, the balance is invoiced, and when it clears the source repository is transferred to you along with the store submission. The site, store or app has been in your own accounts since day one.
The fourteen days is to a finished, approved build. App Store review is Apple's clock, not ours — usually a day or two, occasionally longer, and no honest developer will promise you a review date.
Terms, in one paragraph
Paid once the scope document is signed. That is the day the fourteen days starts counting, not the day you first emailed us.
Not on delivery — on approval. You look at the finished thing, you run it, you tell us it matches what we agreed. Then the balance is due and the code is yours.
Inside the build window, at no extra cost. Changes of mind about things already built and signed off are new scope, and we will quote them before doing them.
Edits are $125 an hour, or $1,000 for a ten-hour block. Care plans start at $149 a month. Nothing is compulsory and you can walk away owning everything.
A short call is enough to tell you whether it fits in fourteen days and what it will cost. If it does not fit, we will say so and tell you what would.
