Pricing

Prices published. No discovery call required to see them.

Every agency that hides its pricing behind a form does it for the same reason — so the number can be set after they have worked out what you can afford. These are ours. They do not move because of who is asking.

Thirty seconds

What actually changes.

Every “after” in this is a real product we built and still run — not a mockup and not a stock template. The portal section is a recording of the live software. Sound on.

What we build

Four tiers. Prices published.

Websites

$750

Delivered in 7 days

As many pages as the business actually needs, a CMS so you can post without calling us, working forms and page-by-page SEO. Video, animation, custom graphics — if you want it in there, it goes in. Built in your own account, not rented from ours.

Online stores

$1,450

7 days · 50 products included

A Shopify store on your own account. Coded theme sections and animation rather than a stock template anyone can buy, collections and product pages, cart and checkout, shipping zones and tax rules, payments connected, and SEO written page by page instead of left on the defaults. Your first fifty products go in as part of the build — entered properly, with images, variants, SKUs and collection assignment, not dumped from a spreadsheet.

Shopify bills you directly, not us. Their Basic plan is $39 a month, or $29 if you pay yearly, and they are currently running $1 a month for your first three months — so the store is usually earning before the platform costs you anything real. Register the domain through Shopify for around $16 a year. Card processing on Basic is 2.9% plus 30 cents.

Web app, CRM or portal

$4,500

14 days · Stripe included

The website, plus software behind it that your team or your partners log into. Real accounts and permissions, a proper database, and dashboards built around the numbers you actually care about — leads, installs, commissions, whatever the business runs on. Stripe is wired in and your entire pricing model built out in it, included in this figure rather than quoted at you later.

Web, iOS and Android

$8,500

14 days · all payments included

The web version and both mobile apps from one codebase. Accounts, backend, push notifications, offline handling, and real native builds submitted to Apple and Google under your own developer accounts. Stripe on the web, RevenueCat for in-app purchases, every product and price built out in both store consoles, and both submissions — all of it inside the $8,500, none of it quoted at you afterwards. You still pay Apple $99 a year and Google $25 once, because an app on somebody else's account is not really yours.

These are the published prices for the scope we agree on the call, and taking payments is already inside them. A price can move for two reasons only: the build needs paid third-party licensing, or you add enhancements beyond what we scoped. Either way you get the new number in writing before that work starts, never after.

Add-ons

Taking money is priced separately, and here is why

Plenty of products never charge a customer directly. Building payment infrastructure into every quote would mean the people who do not need it are subsidising the people who do, so it sits outside the base price instead.

Web payments

Stripe, fully wired

Included

in the web app and app tiers

Your whole pricing model built out in Stripe — products, prices, one-off or recurring, checkout, webhooks, and the logic that decides what a paying customer can actually access. Most studios quote this separately once you are committed. It is in the price here. Stripe itself charges you nothing monthly, just 2.9% plus 30 cents when you get paid.

In-app purchases

RevenueCat and store setup

Included

both stores, in the app tier

Subscriptions and one-off purchases inside the app, wired through RevenueCat so entitlements stay correct when someone changes phone. Every product and price tier built in both store consoles, tax and territory settings, and the submission for review — Apple and Google are genuinely two separate jobs, and both are covered.

Paid by you, not us

Developer accounts

$99 + $25

Apple yearly · Google once

Both must be in your company's name. We will walk you through opening them, and Google's identity verification takes days rather than minutes — so start it in week one or it becomes the thing holding up your launch rather than anything we are doing.

Loading your catalogue

$450

only past the first 50

The first fifty products are already in the store price, which covers most businesses outright. If your catalogue runs deeper, this takes it to two hundred — images, descriptions, SKUs, variants, pricing and collection assignment, checked on mobile. Bigger than that and we quote it before you commit, never after.

Apple and Google take 15–30% of anything sold inside an app. Stripe on the web takes 2.9% plus 30 cents. Where the rules allow both, we build both — the difference is worth more than this add-on costs.

In every price

What you get regardless of which one you pick

The code, in your account

A repository you own, on your GitHub, with the full commit history — transferred the moment the final payment clears. Not a zip file, not a licence to use something we keep. From that point, if you never speak to us again, another developer can pick it up on Monday.

Accounts in your name

Hosting, database, Apple, Google, Stripe — all opened by you, billed to you, controlled by you. We get access as a collaborator and you can revoke it in one click.

Two revision rounds

Inside the build window, at no extra cost. Enough to fix what is wrong, not enough to redesign it twice — which is the honest trade for the price and the timeline.

Written scope, agreed price

Signed after the call, before day one. If we underestimate something inside that scope, that is our problem and the price does not move. It moves only for paid third-party licensing or enhancements you add on top — quoted in writing first.

Store submission

On app projects we prepare the listing, screenshots, privacy declarations and submit for you. Review is Apple's and Google's clock, but the paperwork is ours.

Thirty days of bug fixes

Free, after approval. If something we built does not work the way the scope said it would, we fix it. That is a warranty, not a support plan — new features are new work.

SEO coded in, page by page

Semantic markup, meta titles and descriptions written for each page, Open Graph cards, structured data, canonical URLs, a sitemap and Core Web Vitals — included in every tier at no extra cost. What we will not do is promise rankings. Google takes roughly six months of crawling before pages really populate, and anyone selling you page one in thirty days is selling ads or worthless search terms. We make sure the foundation is right so the time actually counts for something.

After approval

Edits and care, priced before you need them

Nothing here is compulsory. You can take the code and never speak to us again — that is the point of handing over the accounts. But most people want changes, and this is what they cost.

Ad hoc

Edits by the hour

$125

per hour, billed in 30-minute blocks

Ten-hour block: $1,000, which saves you $250 and never expires.

You get an estimate in hours before we start, and we bill what it takes, not the estimate.

Right for: occasional copy changes, a new page, a small feature every few months.

Site care

For a website

$149

per month, cancel any time

One hour of changes a month, rolling over up to three.

Uptime monitoring, form checks, and we fix breakage without being asked.

Priority over hourly work, and the hourly rate drops to $110 if you go over.

App care

For an app or portal

$249

per month, cancel any time

Two hours of changes a month, rolling over up to six.

We watch the crash reports and fix what breaks, usually before you notice.

iOS and Android release maintenance — when Apple or Google change the rules, we keep you compliant. This is the one people underestimate.

Cancel whenever you like. Most studios tie maintenance to a percentage of the build and bill you for it whether anything happens or not — this is a flat number with hours attached to it.

Pro care

Still building

$499

per month, cancel any time

Five hours a month and a standing slot in the schedule, so work starts in days rather than weeks.

Everything in App care, plus a monthly call about what to build next.

Right for: products with a roadmap and real users, where something ships every month.

Care plans cover our time only. The vendor bills on the running costs page are always paid by you, directly, and we never mark them up.

What it costs to keep running

You pay the vendors directly. We never touch it.

Every account is opened in your name, on your card. We do not resell hosting, we do not mark up infrastructure, and we do not hold your product hostage on our accounts. Here is roughly what a real one costs to run each month.

A marketing site

$17–27

per month, paid by you

A hosting plan and a domain. That is genuinely all a site needs.

A web app or portal

$72–98

per month, paid by you

Hosting, database, background jobs, transactional email, error monitoring.

A full mobile app

$99–136

per month, paid by you · includes Apple's $99 a year · plus $25 once to Google, also paid by you

All of the above, plus build infrastructure and the Apple developer programme.

Terms, in one paragraph

Half up front. Half when you approve it.

50% deposit to start

After the call you decide what you want, we write the scope, and you sign it. We then invoice the deposit through Stripe — card or bank transfer, with a proper receipt. That is the day the fourteen days starts counting, not the day you first emailed us. Once we begin building, the deposit is non-refundable.

50% on approval, then release

Not on delivery — on approval. You look at the finished thing, you run it, and you tell us it matches what we agreed. The balance is invoiced through Stripe at that point. Everything is built in your own accounts the whole way, so you can watch it happen; the source repository is handed over once the balance clears.

Two revision rounds included

Inside the build window, at no extra cost. Changes of mind about things already built and signed off are new scope, and we will quote them before doing them.

After approval

Edits are $125 an hour, or $1,000 for a ten-hour block. Care plans start at $149 a month. Nothing is compulsory and you can walk away owning everything.

Tell us what you want built.

A short call is enough to tell you whether it fits in fourteen days and what it will cost. If it does not fit, we will say so and tell you what would.
